Starting/stopping Concurrent managers in 11i/RAC environment

Hi,
Is there anyone in the DL running Oracle 11i (11.5.9) e-business suite
in 9i2 RAC environment? I am interested to find out whether you are
controlling the concurrent managers via the cluster or outside of the
cluster.
