Some questions regarding Remote DBA

Hi List,
I'd like to solicit some advice regarding setting up a Remote DBA service..
for those who have done it already or currently have one.. your input is
greatly appreciated!
- Do you have any infrastructure considerations? can you also specify some
of the caveats in building a Remote DBA infrastructure? how about the
security?
- How did you define or come up with the service model? as well as the SLA?
- and lastly, how did you roll it out to your clients? did you experience
any objections or implementation issues?
