It always amazes me at how little effort (apparently) is made to determine
the general intelligence and resourcefulness of a person. I guess that
explains why there are so many bunglers with "experience". In six months, a
smart, creative person with little experience will be at least equal to
experienced mediocrity, and in one year will be kicking its butt.
