Hi all:
It turned out that on the days when the performance of the load decreased,
there was another process running at the same time (unbeknownst to
my application team). After that other process was rescheduled for another
time the load performance went back to normal.
Thanks to all who replied to my Emails (Nigel, Jared, Paul, Mark, Mark,
Parasad - sorry if I missed anyone). It was very educational
for me.
