So far everyone has missed the 'cmd line' requirement. Greg, you might try this one: http://www.dbainfopower.com/dbaip_SQLreview.php It doesn't seem to know Oracle specific things such as decode(), and does not seem configurable. But given some ugly SQL it does a fair job of making it legible.
