RE: SELinux and CRS

Greetings, Do you have selinux enabled on your clusters? This seems to be the
issue.

I'd suggest you check out their CRS Bundle Patch's
For 32bit, Patch 6160398, fixes about 140 bugs with CRS on top of
        10.2.0.3
Or Patch 5980915 for 64bit, fixes about 30 bugs

        Can't wait for 10.2.0.4

        Greetings,

A couple of weeks ago I posted a query regarding difficulties I am
encountering with a new installation such that the CRS is hanging
intermittently. I am installing Oracle CRS 10.2.0.1.0 on a two node RAC
cluster running on RHEL 4. I have had a service request open for some
weeks now and continually providing trace information to Oracle. In the
latest update from the analyst, in addition to a couple of other
        comments he stated,

"I saw that we have SELinux configured, I still researching about how
SELinux should work with CRS, but in the meantime I'd like to ask ct to
disable it and see if we can reproduce the problem."

Has anyone had any encounters with this and might perhaps be able to
shed some light on the situation. I will run a couple of other tests he
requested and then do this but in the meantime I am wondering if anyone
else might be able to shed some light on the situation.

        Thanks.
