RE: Restore old backup to new database name

I'm not sure I understand you correctly, but it sounds like all you need is 
something like this:

        duplicate target database to <new_database_name> until time '26-FEB-10 
<whatever_time_you_want>';

Am I missing something?

I don't see in these documents how to restore to a different database name.
