NOT people quit writing them, publishers quit publishing them because the
market is "too small" (or maybe not... )

There are none. People stopped writing them because the market is small. I
liked Paul Dorseys advanced forms and reports books, but its not a 'how to
use forms or reports book'.

Most of them are pretty bad. the only real documentation for Oracle is the
help. Unforunately.
