The last self proclaimed "Oracle expert" that we had around here claimed
it was possible to drop the system tablespace without causing an error.
So much for "experts".=20

I find that my most frequent answer to questions are the three words "I
don't know." Hopefully, I can find out, but "I don't know" is most often
where I begin.
