Range partition on a column of "TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE" type.

Hello Oracle Gurus,
I have a table with column of datatype "TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL TIME
ZONE" . I would like to partition the table on this column.. Not able
to login to metalink. Thought someone from the group might have a clue
..
Any ideas?
