RE: RMAN recovery from tape with automatic channels

Have you tried running bplist or bpclimagelist to see if Netbackup shows
the backup in its catalog?  Also, it might be useful to have a peek at
/usr/openv/netbackup/logs/dbclient/log.MMDDYY and see if there is any
useful info in there.  If there isn't enough detail in the log file, try
setting VERBOSE=5 in /usr/openv/netbackup/bp.conf and run it again.
