Thanks. I did come across that one, but the doco tells me that it will
verify the physical existence of the backup, doesn't it?
crosscheck will mark the backup piece as expired status in case if it is
unreadable or absent.
crosscheck archivelog all command basically remove the reference from RMAN
repository when objects no longer available on disk.
