RAC issue/question.

11.1.0.7, 2 node cluster on linux, extended CRS successfully, attempted to 
extend ASM, got an error about can't start up ASM on new instance, removed 
everything from node, ASM, nodeapps, CRS, rebooted node, successfully 
extended CRS but when attempting to extend ASM we get:

OUI-10009: There are no new nodes to add to this installation 


there is nothing but CRS on the new node, where is oracle hiding the idea 
that there is ASM on the server?
