RAC and single instance together

Hi,

I am looking to do some testing. Is it possible to run a RAC instance and
single instance database together in same server with ver 10.2. Can I have
separate Oracle homes?  can one listener listen to both databases?

I am NOT looking to 'turn off' the cluster by setting the cluster_database
parameter to False.
