Re: RAC Cluster - 100% cpu on all nodes

There is commented out env. var. at the end on racgwrap script
something like _USR_DEBUG_ENABLE=1 (don't remeber exactly). You can
uncomment it and racgmain should provide more logging. Might help.
Though, you probably don't want to run with it all the time.
