Question on Oracle 11.5.10.2 installation

Folks,
Has anyone done fresh installation of 11.5.10.2 with the French Canadian
language? Can you please contact me offline. I am having some issues
with the installation and even though I currently have an SR opened with
Oracle, I would like to see if anyone has done it and whether they
encountered the "Lossy conversion" in the rapidwiz install log file
during installation.
