Port for emagent.exe

Hello all,
The port for OEM agent on target database machine(Windows) has been
changed to 10000 seems dynamically. This caused OS backup exec which
uses the same port (10000) failed to start, it had been working fine
before the machine was rebooted. Checked emd.properties, did not find
any settings with port 10000. Is there any config file to change or
control the port for emagent.exe? Please share some light on this.
