“PLSQL Developer” hangs on PBSDE.DEBUG_LOOP (WAIT = pipe get).

Hello,
My developers are reporting, that ?PLSQL Developer? (5.1.6) hangs then
debugging some activities.
I have switched on SQL Trace and found session wait on PBSDE.DEBUG_LOOP
