Subject: PHP + Oracle

Good day,

I tried to troll google for some answers on hooking PHP into Oracle; so
far, everything tells me I need the instant client. Unfortunately, OTN
has been ... inconsistent lately, and I cannot download the IC. What
about using the "thick client", the normal libraries that come with a
database install? Has anyone done this? I am looking at several examples
of folks who have configured PHP with InstantClient and they do not seem
to map well for a "full" client.

Thanks in advance,
