RE: PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET formula

Hi,

R Shee posted something already about his
presentation. 
You may want to search for the older details (unless
its posted somewhere new?). 

I got the information from here after attending a
CLTOUG presentation:

The file above *only* has the powerpoint presentation.
I'm not sure how close it is to the IOUG paper.
