Isn't that 0.75/core?  Unless it's changed in the past few months...

heavens no. You can utilize all the processor bandwidth you'd like
without
paying a license fee!  :-)
 
I don't know how it is with other platforms, but with Intel it is .5 per
core rounded
up. So a 1 Sock/2 Core is 2 X .5 or 1 license.
