Unless of course all you are dealing with are databases,clients and
data in
Arizona time zone. :)
Note that this DST change impacts the whole world as soon as you are doing
a
date calculation using US time zones. No matter where you live.

You should move to Arizona, it doesn't have DST. It has plenty of daylight
as it is, and
it is one of the few states that doesn't implement DST.
