code is concerned, if you know the programming environment that created
them then de-compiling the code is a lot easier, and there isn't a
software vendor out there that does not prohibit decompilition. 

...technically speaking, if they pulled scripts from Metalink without
having a proper Metalink access, they have taken source code.
