I agree w/ Jared, the one really nice thing that unbreakable has going for it
is the ability to type:
up2date oracle-validated
And, Ta-da!, you have an O/S that meets all the RPM prereqs for Oracle products.
At least, that's what I've read, I've never actually done it myself.
For us, the case for NOT using Oracle's Linux is that we have a *lot* of
non-oracle Linux installations. As RedHat is well-supported by Oracle, there's
no real incentive to move to Oracle Linux for database servers, since we
already have lots of RedHat boxes and a RedHat support contract.

I have not used it .
One nice perq I guess is that if you subscribe you can get all the required
RPM's (that are not on the install disk) in one nice RPM.
It might also be an opportunity to eliminate some finger pointing when trouble
strikes.
Other than that, not too much to say about it.
