Oracle Linux vs Unix

Hi all,
I have a project, need your input

the spec is like this
2 or 3 instances OLTP 30 - 40 GB, 
1 datawarehouse 1 TB or may be 20 - 25% more
50 - 100 clients in LAN 

what do you think about 

Linux (Redhat, or ???) 
vs 
Unix (only SunOS in the market, HPUX ???).

As you know Solaris 10 and Redhat for now are free.
