Most of the Oracle documentation is already available. If you go to Oracle(r)
Database Administrator's Guide
11g Release 1 (11.1) Part Number B28310-04 html version, in the upper right
corner you will see PDF - Mobi - ePub.

Robert,

I have never used it yet but the free calibre
(http://calibre-ebook.com/) say they can also convert from HTML,
preferably to PDF (which they also support). Starting from HTML, rather
than PDF, to generate .mobi or .epub files, might be the thing to do.
Just an idea.
