It is funny that because an area has a low cost of living that they may
offer a lower salary. In many cases the areas with low costs of living
are areas that (a) most people would not want to live in and (b) don't
have a lot of qualified candidates locally. It would seem this would
demand a higher than average salary not the opposite.

Sounds to me they want a DBA, Network admin, NT admin and possibly an
UNIX SA for the cost of a Midlevel DBA....low cost of living area or not
OH and I almost forgot a PC technician.....
I don't have a problem with them popping up...doesn't happen very often
and like Ethan said ...if I were looking for a job I'd appreciate one
jumping off my email screen
