Oracle DB docs offline at oracle.com

Hey all,

I'm getting 404 errors when trying to open any books in the 10.2 and 11.1
doc tree at oracle.com (via tahiti.oracle.com).

Thought y'all might like to know in case you want to make sure to have a
local copy of the docs handy...
