Salary:  $95,000 - $115,000

Location:  Findlay, Ohio or Columbus Ohio

Description:
WIll Relocate . Will Sponsor H1B.
Prefer the job to be located in Findlay, OH but can also be located in Columbus, OH if need be. MUST BE A STRONG LEADER THOUGH. GREAT at being given a task and This person must know what tasks have to get done, and can do them or delegate and tell people what has to be done, This job is a supervisor job without the HR responsibility. 

Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years experience of Oracle eBusiness Suite (11i) DBA including System Administration 
* Minimum 3 years experience of Oracle technology DBA
* Thorough understanding of the Oracle eBusiness Suite Architecture and technology stack * Must have experience of some of the following: SOA Suite (BPEL), Single Sign-On, DMZ, SSL, Discoverer, RAC, Dataguard, OLAP services 
* UNIX / Linux experience
* Understanding of SERVER and application sizing and capacity planning
* Understanding of SERVER and application tuning for performance and scalability 
* Performance testing experience
* Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery requirements and solutions 
* Understanding of database and application SERVER internals

* Oracle Database 10.2.03
* SOA Suite / BPEL
* Single Sign-On (OID)
* DMZ concepts and design (SSL)
* Discoverer 4i
* 10gAS

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
* Design, architect, and maintain all Oracle applications, databases, and technology stack * Administer database, application SERVER and application environments in an eBusiness Suite environment 
* Work with Oracle support to obtain and apply appropriate patches
* Manage 3rd party/remote DBA resources
* Evaluating, monitoring and managing the database, application SERVER and application performance * Working to ensure that SERVER and application security and integrity are maintained 
* Architecting solutions to meet performance and High Availability requirements
* Tune the database, application SERVER and application to ensure optimum use of resources * Develop and institute Operation Procedures and SLAs to ensure that the operating environment is monitored * Ensure the database architecture is able to meet the ongoing needs of the company * Proactively maintain knowledge of Oracles current and future products/solutions 
* Mentor junior technical resources
* Ability to work with Hardware, Software and Networking vendors/SMEs as needed
