Oracle AS 9.0.4 Availability

Hello Friends,

      Does anyone know the availability (downloadable) of Oracle AS 9.0.4 and 
RepCA CDs either on windows or Solaris SPARC(64bit) platform!! I have searched 
google and otn its not available anywhere now. 
  
      Any reference or help finding the download link greatly appreciated.
