Oracle 11g on Windows - Is your OEM operational?

So, I've started playing with Oracle 11g for Windows. Has anyone else installed
it?
I'm looking in OEM under the software and support link. It looks like the
Database Replay and SQL Performance Analyzer links are not links.... anyone
else notice this. Have you had problems with 11g OEM on Win? (it is working
fine in Linux for me and these two functions have true links to them and seem
to work). Also the health checkers are missing.
This is a database that I upgraded from 10g, I wonder if I'll get the same
results if I create a brand new DB...
Anyone else see these issues in 11g WIN?
