On 10gR2 at least, I can recall that Oracle Wallet Manager used 32-bit libs
and this was on a RHAS 4u7 64-bit system.  It wouldn't work without those
libs.  Things might have changed in 11g, but you may want to check with
Oracle if these libs are required.
