OTN Access

Is anyone else having problems accessing OTN?

The following link for instance is currently not working:

http://www.oracle.com/technology/deploy/security/critical-patch-updates/cpuapr2010.html


Yesterday this link was working, and today is not:


http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/application_express/download.html


Anyone else experiencing this?
