OT: Crystal Reports book(s)?

Much to my surprise & displeasure I have been directed to support Crystal
Reports which is installed on a Windoze box
& accesses an Oracle database which I support.
In case it matters V11.0.0.1282 is installed & Product Type: Full
I am looking for books on Crystal Reports which can get me up to speed.
Also if you know of books to avoid on Crystal Reports I'd like to hear about
them, too.
