We use BO, are migrating to 10g from 9i. Mostly HPUX, but migrating to AIX, some Linux, some MySQL, some MS/SQL. Sioux Falls, South Dakota is a great (small city/town) to raise a family in. Regarding other resources, I've used the Business Objects Board and the Business Objects website to find solutions to problems. You should learn how to use the various Business Objects logs and management GUIs as soon as you can.
