Mladen,

we hit this also, on both win32 and lin32 (RHEL 3.0
ES).
It is fixed in 10.1.0.2 (win32).
the trace file showed that a line of all nulls was
attempted to be inserted. It seems that the sql loader
routine was attempting to insert beyond end of file.

I'd be very interested in comparing notes on this.
The test case here was that a secondary index on an
IOT was invalid, but also that the sql loader process
failed (hence the trace file generated).

I've been out, so I did not yet open an iTAR.
