ORA-32006: BACKGROUND_DUMP_DEST initialization parameter has been deprecated

Just when you were sure some things WOULDNT change....

In case anuone missed the "new features demonstration"
looks like we are forced to use "diagnostic_dest='/somewhere/over/the/rainbow" 

This looks like just the start... Im plugging away here...
