ORA-25408 consistently

all,

I have a simple procedure which contain only select statement and print a
result.
when executing that procedure let say on node 1 (RAC - 3 nodes), and I
shutdown abort on node 1 (failover simulatiion),
I got ORA-25408 consistently.

session successfully failedover to other node, but the execution of
procedure is stopped.

Is it expected behavior or a bug?? i found bug no. 6767933 so far...
