OMN-2500 - OWS-08820 - Copy and Create new Oracle Finanacial Application

Dear DBAs,

        I am trying to copy and create a new oracle financial using the
existing system.

        When I try to start the service I am getting following error.
Please let me know if any one have clue on this.

$ owsctl start wrb
