It's called "phishing", or fishing for suckers, folks gullible and willing
enough to hand over credit card numbers, PINs, passwords, SSNs, etc. Usually
it's pretty obvious because there are so many spelling and grammatical
mistakes, but lately they've been getting very clever.

My friend at work just got one.
It looks absolutedly perfect but the IP address is not for ebay.
If you hit the link is takes you to a site that looks like Ebay even has the
trust sign! But they ask for your passwords to ebay and to paypal.
The grinchs are out for Christmas in record numbers this year.
