OEM isolation practices

Hello Hello Great and Wondrous Gurus!

We are looking at using OEM to run third party plug ins and opening it
up to applications administrators to let them, well, administer their
applications.  The question came up, though, as to how to isolate what
they can see and do to just their applications.  

So, four questions for you on this chipper Monday...

1)      Do any of you fine people use plug-ins into OEM?
2)      Is it "safe" to do so?
3)      Are you and your applications administrators happy?
4)      How do you keep their hands offa your databases?
