Has anyone configured Support Workbench in OEM 12c(release 3) successfully so you can send packages directly to Oracle? I have been working on this for over a week. I tried both installing and configuring the Oracle Configuration Manager and also Oracle Support Hub (with the help of Oracle support), but to no avail so far. Here is the error I got: "Error Failed to send package file to Oracle Sending package to Oracle failed with the following error: An internal error occurred. Check the log file for details."
