Hi again,
the correct way to perform a fresh installation of release 4 or release 5 of
OEM is to install the base release in the software only mode. Do not create
the repository at this time, only create it when you upgrade OEM.
There's a Known Issues section on the 763351.1 document I spoke on my
previous e-mail. Check it out.
