ODBC issues with Patch Set 9.2.0.5?

This was the first patch I have ever done, so I appologize if this
questions seems too elementary.
I applied the 9205 patch set to a win2k Advanced Server db. Im
curious if this would have any effect and what type on ODBC
connections from other db's?
