I was under the impression that the OCM (unlike the OCP) required that
you actually be able to do the work, rather than just attend a course
and then regurgitate it for the exam.  It's probably like a degree
where the class time gives you the overview and you're expected to be
able to fill in the gaps yourself by reading and trying things.
