Hi,
We just saw it very recently in 10.2.0.* with queries based on views and
star_transformantion_enabled parameters set to on. In our case it
was related to a bugs: 6857715 and 4219214.
Also there is another bug: *Bug 5130732 - Query using "WITH" clause can fail
with ORA-942*
