NetBackup adn Oracle 9i on HP failure

One hit on this seemed to indicate it may be a problem with NetBackup.
Someone know where one would dig next. NetBackup folks not positive what
it message is trying to tell them or where to look.

 

Does NetBackup maintain a staging area, and if so, where is that?

 

Anyone, "Been there, done that, easy fix.....?"
