NIC teaming on Windows Server 2k3 SP2 x86-64

Hi Guys,

We will be having this 2 node RAC installation on Windows Server 2k3
SP2 x86-64.

Anyone who has exerience on NIC teaming on Windows?  either for
private interconnect or both private and public address.
If you could share some docs, tips, guides, good experience, bad,
worse, worst experience.

I'll appreciate it. :)

It's has a pretty comprehensive step-by-step guide but did not delve
too deep on NIC teaming.
