Migrating OCR fails

Hi. We're moving our two-node Oracle 10g RAC (Solaris 10) storage from
EMC to NetApp. EMC is fiber-channel, NetApp is iscsi.

On NetApp, we created luns for the ASM storage, Voting disk and the
OCR. The device names for all the luns are different on both nodes in
case of iscsi. But ASM rebalance operation was smart enough to
recognize the corresponding luns on the other node and added them
properly --- success here.

For voting disk, I had to use mknod --- success here too.

For OCR too, I used mknod to create character special devices. I was
also able to add the new OCR and mirror using ocrconfig -replace.

However, an attempt to restart crs (crsctl start|stop crs) after
adding the new OCR and mirror fails.

#crsctl check crs

Failure 1 to contacting CSS daemon
Cannot communicate with CRS
Cannot communicate with EVM.

This happens on both nodes. If I revert to the old OCR location, all works fine.
