We can only hope that somebody in the press picks up on this and
reports it. It's the only way Uncle Larry will ever hear about the
problems and the idiotic decisions being made.

I still fail to understand why they have redesigned it using somebody
else's (inferior) tools, instead of using their own tools. What,
Oracle with all of their vast software holdings doesn't have any
software or developers skilled enough or powerful enough to develop a
new support site using their own tools (like Classic Metalink was)???
